Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,081 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SSH1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of postsynaptic membrane organization, Positive regulation of AMPA glutamate receptor clustering, and Endocytic recycling. Each is linked with SSH1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSH1-to-partner and partner-to-SSH1 results are reported.
