Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 266 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SSH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRGPRG, LYPD4, and GSG1L2. Each is linked with SSH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSH1-to-partner and partner-to-SSH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRGPRG grouped by SSH1-low versus SSH1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
