SSC5D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSC5D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,634 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSC5D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCOLCE, PDLIM7, and TIMP2. Each is linked with SSC5D in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSC5D-to-partner and partner-to-SSC5D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSC5D versus PCOLCE in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSC5D→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSC5D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
