Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSC5D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,632 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSC5D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cilium assembly, Golgi to plasma membrane protein transport, and Actin filament depolymerization. Each is linked with SSC5D in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSC5D-to-partner and partner-to-SSC5D results are reported.
