SSC4D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSC4D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,005 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSC4D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX56, ESF1, and WDR75. Each is linked with SSC4D in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSC4D-to-partner and partner-to-SSC4D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSC4D versus DDX56 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSC4D→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSC4D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
