SSC4D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSC4D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,415 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSC4D-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCP1A, RNU6-987P, and MIR188. Each is linked with SSC4D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSC4D-to-partner and partner-to-SSC4D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DCP1A grouped by SSC4D-low versus SSC4D-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSC4D→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSC4D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
