SSC4D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SSC4D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,074 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSC4D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Purine ribonucleotide biosynthetic process, Ribonucleotide biosynthetic process, and Purine nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SSC4D in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSC4D-to-partner and partner-to-SSC4D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Purine ribonucleotide biosynthetic process grouped by SSC4D-low versus SSC4D-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSC4D→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSC4D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
