SSBP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSBP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,643 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSBP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ISYNA1, SEC23B, and RPS8. Each is linked with SSBP4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSBP4-to-partner and partner-to-SSBP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSBP4 versus ISYNA1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSBP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSBP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
