SSBP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSBP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,119 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSBP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LDB1_S302, VEZF1, and USP25. Each is linked with SSBP3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSBP3-to-partner and partner-to-SSBP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSBP3 versus LDB1_S302 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
