SSBL3P1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSBL3P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,212 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSBL3P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PINCR, TBC1D3H, and P3R3URF-PIK3R3. Each is linked with SSBL3P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSBL3P1-to-partner and partner-to-SSBL3P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PINCR grouped by SSBL3P1-low versus SSBL3P1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSBL3P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSBL3P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
