SSBL3P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SSBL3P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,967 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SSBL3P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WBP2, MED11, and PACSIN2. Each is linked with SSBL3P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SSBL3P-to-partner and partner-to-SSBL3P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SSBL3P versus WBP2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SSBL3P→partner) and Y-score (partner→SSBL3P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
