Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,132 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SBNO1, MAD2L1, and XPO5. Each is linked with SRSF9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF9-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF9 results are reported.
