SRSF8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,721 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALKBH8, CWF19L2, and JRKL. Each is linked with SRSF8 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF8-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRSF8 versus ALKBH8 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
