SRSF6

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,183 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are EFCAB2, ST13P11, and CYP2G1P. Each is linked with SRSF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF6-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRSF6 versus EFCAB2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
