Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,613 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SRSF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR3B, CXCL8, and CEACAM3. Each is linked with SRSF5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF5-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRSF5 versus FCGR3B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
