Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,633 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SRSF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPP1, EYA3, and RBBP4. Each is linked with SRSF4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF4-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRSF4 versus SPP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
