Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRSF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,324 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of RNA splicing, Negative regulation of cell cycle process, and Spindle localization. Each is linked with SRSF4 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF4-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF4 results are reported.
