SRSF12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Shc_pY317, and C-Raf. Each is linked with SRSF12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF12-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by SRSF12-low versus SRSF12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
