SRSF11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,417 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRRC40, EFTUD2, and MFAP1. Each is linked with SRSF11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF11-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRSF11 versus LRRC40 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
