Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SRSF11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 28 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SRSF11 data layer compared with 10 for mutation status and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher SRSF11 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SRSF11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and UCS show a favorable association.
ACC, LIHC, and LGG are the cancer types where SRSF11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
