SRSF11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,223 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP21, CHTOP, and POLR1C. Each is linked with SRSF11 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF11-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRSF11 versus USP21 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
