SRSF11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,445 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are EI24P3, RPA3P2, and RPSAP22. Each is linked with SRSF11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF11-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EI24P3 grouped by SRSF11-low versus SRSF11-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
