Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRSF11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,500 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, Regulation of mRNA processing, and Viral transcription. Each is linked with SRSF11 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF11-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF11 results are reported.
