SRSF11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRSF11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPN1LW, ZNF831, and SCGB2A1. Each is linked with SRSF11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF11-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OPN1LW grouped by SRSF11-low versus SRSF11-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
