SRSF10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,525 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPA2, SIN3A, and RCC2. Each is linked with SRSF10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF10-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
