SRSF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRSF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,197 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRSF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM3, MCM5, and MCM7. Each is linked with SRSF1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRSF1-to-partner and partner-to-SRSF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRSF1 versus MCM3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRSF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRSF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
