Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SRRT Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SRRT data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher SRRT Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SRRT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, LUAD, and KICH are the cancer types where SRRT Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
