Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SRPRB Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SRPRB data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher SRPRB Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SRPRB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, LUAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where SRPRB Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
