Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRPRB mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRPRB-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ Tcm. Each is linked with SRPRB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRPRB-to-partner and partner-to-SRPRB results are reported.
