The most reproducible SRPRB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are SRP-dependent cotranslational protein targeting to membrane, signal sequence recognition, Cotranslational protein targeting to membrane, and SRP-dependent cotranslational protein targeting to membrane. Each is linked with SRPRB in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRPRB-to-partner and partner-to-SRPRB results are reported.
