Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SRPK3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SRPK3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher SRPK3 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SRPK3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD show a favorable association.
LUAD, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where SRPK3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
