Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRPK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,073 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SRPK3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Methylglyoxal metabolic process, Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and mRNA splice site recognition. Each is linked with SRPK3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRPK3-to-partner and partner-to-SRPK3 results are reported.
