Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRPK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,234 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRPK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XPO5, DHX16, and NCL_S67. Each is linked with SRPK1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRPK1-to-partner and partner-to-SRPK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRPK1 versus XPO5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
