Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRPK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,451 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRPK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA7, ABCA6, and POC1A. Each is linked with SRPK1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRPK1-to-partner and partner-to-SRPK1 results are reported.
