SRPK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRPK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,435 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRPK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZWINT, DONSON, and HIRA. Each is linked with SRPK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRPK1-to-partner and partner-to-SRPK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZWINT grouped by SRPK1-low versus SRPK1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRPK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRPK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
