SRPK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRPK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,225 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRPK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL7L1, RNF8, and NUP153. Each is linked with SRPK1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRPK1-to-partner and partner-to-SRPK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRPK1 versus RPL7L1 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRPK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRPK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
