Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRPK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,074 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRPK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of RNA export from nucleus, DNA replication initiation, and Mitotic G2 DNA damage checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with SRPK1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRPK1-to-partner and partner-to-SRPK1 results are reported.
