SRPK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRPK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRPK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM236A, LUZP4, and VCY1B. Each is linked with SRPK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRPK1-to-partner and partner-to-SRPK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM236A grouped by SRPK1-low versus SRPK1-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRPK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRPK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
