SRP72

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRP72 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRP72-associated genes across cancer lineages are RS1, IDI2, and KRT28. Each is linked with SRP72 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRP72-to-partner and partner-to-SRP72 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RS1 grouped by SRP72-low versus SRP72-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRP72→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRP72) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
