Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRP68 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,749 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SRP68-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSDC2, GPRASP1, and MYLK. Each is linked with SRP68 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRP68-to-partner and partner-to-SRP68 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRP68 versus CSDC2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRP68→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRP68) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
