SRP19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRP19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,565 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRP19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AP3S1, HSPA4, and LMNB1. Each is linked with SRP19 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRP19-to-partner and partner-to-SRP19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRP19 versus AP3S1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRP19→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRP19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
