SRP19

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRP19 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,678 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRP19-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM43, CXCR2, and CSF3R. Each is linked with SRP19 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRP19-to-partner and partner-to-SRP19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRP19 versus TMEM43 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRP19→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRP19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
