SRP14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRP14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,154 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRP14-associated genes across cancer lineages are RTF1, EMC4, and RPUSD2. Each is linked with SRP14 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRP14-to-partner and partner-to-SRP14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRP14 versus RTF1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRP14→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRP14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
