Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRMS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,496 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRMS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium movement involved in cell motility, Cytotoxic T cell degranulation, and Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with SRMS in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRMS-to-partner and partner-to-SRMS results are reported.
