Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRMS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SRMS-associated genes across cancer lineages are C9orf92, PHOX2B, and TTLL2. Each is linked with SRMS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRMS-to-partner and partner-to-SRMS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C9orf92 grouped by SRMS-low versus SRMS-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRMS→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRMS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
