Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,648 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SRM-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTC30B, KAT8, and PRKAB1. Each is linked with SRM in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRM-to-partner and partner-to-SRM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRM versus TTC30B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRM→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
