Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 273 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SRM-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP9YP10, GLRXP1, and LINC00266-4P. Each is linked with SRM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRM-to-partner and partner-to-SRM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP9YP10 grouped by SRM-low versus SRM-high in LGG.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRM→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
