Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SRGAP3-AS2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SRGAP3-AS2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher SRGAP3-AS2 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SRGAP3-AS2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and LAML show a favorable association.

ACC, THCA, and LIHC are the cancer types where SRGAP3-AS2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
