SRGAP2C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRGAP2C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRGAP2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR7A17, RNU1-65P, and RNU6-650P. Each is linked with SRGAP2C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRGAP2C-to-partner and partner-to-SRGAP2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR7A17 grouped by SRGAP2C-low versus SRGAP2C-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRGAP2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRGAP2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
