SRFBP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SRFBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,885 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRFBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS27, CCNB1, and CDC25C. Each is linked with SRFBP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRFBP1-to-partner and partner-to-SRFBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRFBP1 versus MRPS27 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRFBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRFBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
